Purchased 2 BM5000 coolers.
1st impressions when unboxed’
Unit completely assembled no assembly needed. Only need to fit the 4 wheels if needed. Every thing provided 4 wheels with more than enough skrews for the wheels. Fill up and turn on. And I must say it cools very very well I was impressed. And the air output vs power consumption is also impressive.

I am not new to aircoolers and I have been through a few, including local rival brands. I have decided to go with the smaller BM1000. When the package arrived I was afraid that the unit was too small. After setting it up, I was really amazed at its performance as it truly outperformed units twice its size from other brands. The unit is grafted exceptionally well considering its price point and other brands twice its price is constructed poorly in comparison, in terms of quality. This unit comes with a remote which is a plus but the only issue we had was that the unit responded to commands through other IR device remotes, i.e, you can control the unit with your TV remote – This could be a benefit depending on personal preference. Dealing with staff was an absolute delight, and they ensured that through some difficulties with courier services, my items were delivered as promised. Highly recommended.
