Please note that these are EVAPORATIVE COOLING products. As the name suggests, the coolers put moisture into the air by water evaporation, unlike refrigerated air conditioners that dry out the air. Because of this, the product works best in hot/dry environments. Remember to use the products in a well-ventilated area with a good supply of fresh air for the cooler to perform to the best of its ability.
These products come with a 7-day return policy, if the product does not meet our BoMaster standards (unsafe or defective goods), we will gladly refund you. Our products come with a 1-year repair warranty, if there is a manufacturing fault on your products we will repair it free of charge –

In the case of returned products for refund, please provide the original invoice. The product needs to be in its original condition and packaging for a refund to be possible.
